Can I swim in Hinagdanan Cave for the morning tour?

Regrettably, swimming in Hinagdanan Cave is not included in the morning tour itinerary due to time constraints.

Would it be possible for us to stop by a souvenir shop?

Certainly. There are souvenir shops available at both the Bee Farm and Hinagdanan Cave.

Where can we be picked up?

We offer pickups around the Panglao or Dauis area, including your hotel or accommodation.

The driver will kindly wait, for up to 15 minutes, after the scheduled pickup time. If you're unable to make it within that time, the tour will unfortunately need to proceed . We kindly ask that you plan to arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.

Customization such as excluding certain areas from the itinerary—is possible with a private tour. However, any changes must remain within the designated tour regions and fit within the allotted tour timeframe.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour is non-refundable. We recommend confirming your plans in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Re-booking requests can be accommodated within 72 hours from the scheduled tour and are subject to availability of slots. Additional costs may also apply.
